Hi, I'm Vivian.

I have spent the past few years helping creators make videos that feel clear, intentional, and full of personality. I started out filming simple moments on my phone because I loved how videos capture the little moments that make life feel full.

Over time, that love became a skill. And now I help creators shape their footage into edits that feel honest and true to them. Storytelling is where I feel at home, whether I'm editing my own vlogs or working on a client's project.

5–7 business days from receiving footage, which aligns with a weekly posting schedule.
Monday to Thursday 9am–3pm Eastern Time, Friday 9am–12pm Eastern Time. Primary contact is Instagram and email. Feedback can be shared on either platform.
Google Drive or WeTransfer for both receiving footage and sending back finished files. Please organize your clips in order, indicating sequence, day, or scene.

This is a portfolio and services website. It does not sell products, process payments, or require account creation.

What we collect.

If you fill out the contact form on this site, your name and email address are submitted through a third-party form tool (Tally). That information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored on this website, sold, or shared with anyone.

Your content.

If we work together, completed videos may be used for promotional purposes on TCC social media or portfolio, unless you request confidentiality before the project begins. Raw footage is never shared and is deleted immediately after your project is delivered.

Cookies and tracking.

This website is built on Carrd. Carrd may collect basic anonymized visitor data for its own platform purposes. TCC does not independently run ads, analytics tools, or any tracking on this site.

Third-party links.

This site links to external platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Tally. TCC is not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.

Refund Policy.

Payment terms.

100% payment is required before any project begins. All payments are made via payment link or ACH transfer.

Non-refundable work.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started. By making payment, the client confirms they have reviewed the project scope and agree to proceed.

Cancellations.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled after work has started, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

The Crafted Clips provides professional video editing services. All services are agreed upon through a separate client agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service contract. A project only begins once an agreement is confirmed and full payment is received.

Payment terms.

100% payment is required upfront before any work begins. Payments are processed via payment link or ACH transfer. All prices listed on this website are starting rates and subject to change based on project scope.

Delivery timelines.

Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days from the date all required footage and assets are received. Timelines for larger or more complex projects are agreed upon at the start and communicated in writing.

Intellectual property.

All content on this website including text, images, and video samples belongs to The Crafted Clips or the respective clients who have granted usage rights. You may not reproduce or use any content from this site without written permission.

Disputes.

Any disputes arising from a project will first be addressed directly between the client and The Crafted Clips.

Updates.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this site means you accept the current version.
